Tortilla roulades with spinach, apple and ham
ingredients
•75 g75 raisins
•100 ml100 apple juice
•50 g50 fresh young spinach leaves
•1 1 green apples
•100 g100 sliced cooked ham
•1 2 tortilla cake diameter approx. 24 cm
•1 ½ tbsp3 cream cheese
•salt
•pepper from the mill
Preparation steps
1. Soak the raisins in the apple juice. Sort the spinach, wash and spin dry. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Cut the ham into wide strips. Briefly heat the tortilla cakes in a pan (so that they roll up better later), brush with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
2.Spread the spinach leaves with the apple pieces, the raisins and the boiled ham on top and roll up into a 4 cm thick roll. Cut into 3 cm wide slices and arrange upright on a plate.
