Goat cheese and a bag of spinach
Ingredients
•salt
•20 g Pine nuts
•1 onion
•1 clove of garlic
•2 tbsp olive oil 200 g
•Goat cheese nutmeg
•300 g Filo dough
•1 protein
• Oil for frying
Preparatory steps:
1. Wash, clean, sort and briefly boil the spinach in salt water, then drain, turn off, squeeze and chop. Bake pine nuts in a non-fat skillet. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic cloves. Dry both in a skillet with hot oil and let cool. Dice goat cheese and mix with spinach, onion-garlic mixture and pine nuts. Season with salt and nutmeg.
2. Unfold the cookie sheet for filling. Cut the filo pastry into strips about 7x22 cm. Put about 2 tablespoons of stuffing on the bottom end and zigzag it into a triangle and continue to the top, grease the edges of the pastry with egg white and press together. Fry in generous amount of oil in a large skillet on high for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
